Internet Technology Coach – For the Love of Technology
Terry Shelton is an Internet Technology Coach and Technology Consultant with over 17 years of technology experience working for Fortune 500 companies developing software and leading small to large software projects. I grew up in the 70’s & 80’s during the beginning of the video game craze. I can remember being fascinated at the tennis game that plugged directly into the tv with lines and a little ball going across the screen.

Wow that is dated! The Commodore 64 and later on the Atari video game system were fascinating although I did not own either of them when they first came out. I owned my first real computer at the age of 15. It was absolutely exciting. There was no Facebook, no YouTube, and no internet. There were very limited capabilities in the way of graphics. I took a Business computer programming class in high school on a Radio Shack TRS80, and I was hooked.
When I was in college I majored in Information Systems. One memorable moment, was when I had to open a computer to insert a card into what at the time was an Intel 386 processor with a huge 80MB harddrive. Yes, 80MB not 80GB!
I was so afraid to take apart that computer. I was never very skilled with taking things apart and putting them back together. In fact, I could never figure out how to put things back together once I took them apart. Ouuuch!
With a little coaching and assistance from the instructor and my classmates, I got over my fears. Now 17 years later, I have made some serious income from my computer knowledge and skills. I have risen to the high levels of corporate organizations for my ability to analyze problems and develop solutions. I have spent the last 10 years creating systems on the internet.
I tell you my story because I know you may have fears of technology. You can overcome those fears and learn how to operate in the technological world we live in today. There is no reason to live in the Dark Ages any longer. That is why I am here to guide you as your Internet Technology Coach.
I believe technology should enhance your life not hinder it.
Internet Technology Coach – Serving Others
Growing up, my mom and dad owned a part time cleaning business which I started working in at the age of 5. What I saw growing up was parents that worked very hard and taught me that an education was the way to make a better life for myself. I decided I never wanted to have to work as hard as my parents did to earn a living.
As a teenager, my parents split up and my mother continued to work 2 jobs. At the age of 15 1/2, I got my 1st job at Burger King at $3.65 per hour. I knew that I did not want to do that for the rest of my life. During my college years, I went to school and worked 2 part time jobs to take care of the things I needed to take care of.
During my post collegiate years, I found a good job. I enjoy learning about business and solving business problems with my analytical and computer knowledge. I also, have a passion for learning and enjoying teaching other people what I have learned. As a Internet Technology Coach, if you are not making money with technology, you are missing the boat. You can learn a few key skills and increase your knowledge in business and start a business with a low cost.
I experienced some of the things I love to do such as travel, getting a dream home, getting married, and having kids. After feeling the pressures of taking my career to the next level, growing a family, and a strong desire to get out of debt, I quickly realized that I was not in the position that I wanted to be in and I was in search of something more in order to live out my dreams. The internet and home business was a good option since I was already creating leverage for someone else’s company. I could use my internet technology coach skills to build a business from the comfort of my home.
Internet Technology Coach – Always Be Learning and Growing
I was so fortunate in my corporate career to work with some incredible people. I learned a ton from so many people. The biggest thing for me was to always be learning and growing. Technology is always changing and if you are not aware of what is going on around you, you will become extinct. As an Internet Technology Coach, I have the opportunity to marry the internet technology and business while building a legacy for my family.
Do you have a thirst for more? If you are hungry to learn and grow, you will be successful if you apply your acquired knowledge. Learning and growing helped me to create more success than I used to think was possible. You can beat the majority of people if you have the desire for learning and growing as well as taking action.
